1. Nature of Service

1.1. Independence: This Service is an independent training simulation tool developed for fans of the mobile game "Top Eleven - Be a Football Manager".
1.2. Non-Affiliation: We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nordeus Ltd. All game-related assets, logos, and names are the sole property of their respective owners.
1.3. Simulation Only: The results provided are estimates based on mathematical models and empirical observations of game mechanics (e.g., Player Tiers, Rule of 180). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to potential unannounced changes in the game's source code by its developers.
1.4. Multi-Squad Use: The Service allows a single account to manage and analyze players from multiple squads. This is intended for use by association captains, league coordinators, and technical directors who oversee several squads within a competition structure. The account holder is solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to submit and store data for players on any squad other than their own.

2.1. Currency: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Mercado Pago.
2.2. Usage: One (1) credit grants the user one (1) specific simulation report or optimization analysis.
2.3. No Cash Value: Credits are digital commodities with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged back for currency once the refund period has expired or the credit has been consumed.

3.1. Immediate Execution: You acknowledge that by using a credit to generate a simulation, you are requesting the immediate performance of a digital service.
3.2. Waiver of Withdrawal: Once a simulation report is generated, the service is considered fully executed. In accordance with consumer protection standards for digital content, you expressly agree that the right to a refund or withdrawal is forfeited at the moment of consumption.
3.3. Unused Credits: Refunds for unused credits are only available within 7 days of purchase, as per legal requirements. Once any portion of a credit pack is used, the entire transaction is deemed consumed and non-refundable.
3.4. Abuse: Any attempt to force a refund via chargeback for services already rendered will result in a permanent ban of your account and your data (Player IDs) from our platform.

4.1. In-Game Assets: We are not responsible for any loss of in-game resources (Green Packs, Drop Balls, Tokens, or Players) resulting from decisions made based on our simulations.
4.2. Service Availability: While we aim for 100% uptime via Heroku and Cloudflare, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

5.1. Compliance: We process personal data (Email and Payment Info) in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Brazil) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU).
5.2. Third Parties: Your payment data is processed securely by Mercado Pago; we do not store credit card information on our servers.

6.1. The Algorithm: The code, simulation logic, and the proprietary "Tier Optimization Path" are the intellectual property of the Service owner. Unauthorized scraping or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

7.1. Data Controller: By using this Service, you acknowledge that we act as the controller of your personal data (name, email, and transaction history) in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).
7.2. Purpose of Processing: Your data is collected solely for the purposes of providing access to the training simulation reports, processing payments via Mercado Pago, and sending transactional emails (receipts and simulation results) via SendGrid.
7.3. User Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
7.4. Data Security: We implement technical and administrative measures via Cloudflare and Heroku to protect your data against unauthorized access or accidental destruction.

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
